Subscription Agreement
By subscribing to Fhonefy, you agree that we are authorized to charge you a subscription fee depending on your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds for partially used periods, except in cases where the software does not perform as advertised.
Refund Eligibility
If Fhonefy does not perform as advertised on www.fhonefy.com, notify us within 72 hours of your purchase. If our customer support team is unable to resolve a substantial issue within 3 days of your notification, a full refund will be issued within 20 days. Please review the non-refundable scenarios below before submitting a refund request.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Personal reasons like changing your mind, purchasing by mistake, or not using the software.
- Customer refuses technical assistance
- Customer assumes functionality different from what is specifically advertised on Fhonefy.com.
- Failure of the user to follow the installation instructions sent to your email
- Customer intends to monitor more than one device with a single license.
- The user has explained their use case and feature they’re looking for before the purchase but that specific feature cannot be accessed by them.
- Target device lacks an Internet connection.
- Fhonefyapp is removed from your device which you are monitoring with
Risk-Free Purchases
If Fhonefy does not perform as advertised and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 3 days, a full refund will be issued. Once you confirm functionality within the interface, you forfeit your right to a refund.
How to Submit a Refund Request

- A response will be issued within 48-72 hours of receiving a request.
General Terms
If you have questions or complaints, contact our customer service representatives via live chat or email. Valid complaints will be considered for refunds if they meet the terms and conditions.
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used. You are responsible for expenses covered by us before service restoration and for litigation or accounting fees arising from disputes.
